Danny J Lewis is a British producer and DJ known for his innovative take on the traditional New York and Chicago house sound. With a discography that includes releases on labels such as Defected, Strictly Rhythm, and Soulfuric Trax, Danny has established himself as a leading figure in the UK underground house scene.
Danny has been recognised by fellow DJs and producers for his role in reviving the 90s underground sound in this modern day. His original 90s classics having been spun by heavyweight DJs such as Kenny Carpenter, Kenny Dope & Louie Vega, Tony Humphries, and Kerri Chandler.

Educator
Danny taught music production for over ten years at world leading Point Blank music school in London and continues to educate on his popular youtube channel Music Pro Tutorials (over 85k subscribers) http://www.youtube.com/musicprotutorials. He also setup and runs the successful Underground Music Production Group on Facebook with over 9k members.
Danny came from the 90s hardware world but is now 100% in the box when it comes to making music. Predominantly he uses Ableton Live but is also a proficient user of Logic Pro X, Cubase, Bitwig and Reason. An extensive range of third party plugins are used to bring the analog vibe to the digital. He also uses a hand picked selection of MIDI controllers from Native Instruments and Ableton.
